And weeks later, Heather Graham was spotted looking youthful while stepping out in Los Angeles on a food run.

The gorgeous blonde, who sported jeans and a striped top, recently told WellandGood.com that she struggles with self-esteem.

Meanwhile, the screen siren flaunted her svelte frame in fitted denim on Monday while grabbing takeout from Burger Lounge. 

Heather hit the pavement in calf-length boots with a matching handbag, adding a black and white top and vintage inspired sunglasses.

Heather told Well And Good in their story published Tuesday: ‘Working in a male-dominated business is hard. It took me a long time to learn that I can ask for what I want.’

Adding: ‘I struggle with self-esteem.’

The star revealed that gained confidence to stand up for herself after going to female empowerment classes.

She told the website she met women in the class and came up with ‘fun rituals.’ 

Heather told Well And Good that she and her friends would hold goddess circles, where they would light candles and say their desires out loud.

The actress said they would wish for things like ‘love, money, hot sex, meaningful work, better self-esteem, and more gratitude.’  

The movie star talks about self-esteem struggles with her pals because ‘we all shared the same issues.’

She explained that: ‘When I see my wonderful friends struggle with not being able to see how beautiful and special they are, it’s clear that the most important thing to do is to love yourself.’  

Heather’s latest project, Half Magic, is a labor of love.

She is the writer, director and star of the film, which was inspired by her own experiences with goddess circles.  

Her film Half Magic was released on February 23 and is available on Amazon.
