Heather Watson lit up the red carpet in London’s Leicester Square on Friday night as the tennis star joined boyfriend Lloyd Glasspool for the premiere of ‘Battle of the Sexes.’
The British No 2 wowed in a cold-shoulder silk green gown during the 61st BFI Film Festival as as she stepped out the European premiere of the American biographical sports film directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris.
Watson and her fellow tennis-playing other half took to the red carpet prior to the screening, looking looked elegant in a slit dress which flattered her athletic physique.

The former junior US Open and Wimbledon Mixed Doubles champion revealed fake tan lines, but her incredible toned legs in the eye-catching dress more than made up for the slight mishap.
Watson is used to swapping the court for the red carpet with the Brit attending the annual pre-Wimbledon party to celebrate the start of the tournament as well as previously earning a place at the Champions Dinner in the aftermath.

While dressing to the nines would appear to be second nature for Heather, she will hope talk of her tennis ability returns to the forefront of people’s minds in the new year after a disappointing 2017.
She crashed out of the US Open in the first round in August, the seventh successive time she has done so in the main event.
That setback was followed up last month with her missing out on a place in the main draw of the Wuhan Open after losing in the final round of qualifying.
Now ranked 77 after a modest season, Watson will hope the Oscar buzz of being around inspiration from being around an Oscar buzz of being flanked by Hollywood A-listers will inspire a run of improved form.
