After the heroics of Erling Haaland, Jadon Sancho and Giovanni Reyna in the Champions League on Tuesday night, a new generation of talent is blossoming.
Teams across Europe are giving chances to their starlets on the big stage and many are rewarding their clubs with stellar displays.
Here are some other up-and-coming stars to keep an eye on both in the Champions League and Europa League this week.

Ferran Torres, 19 – Valencia
Plays Wednesday – v Atalanta (A)
Still just 19, Torres has already become a fixture in the Valencia line-up this season.
He is a technically gifted right winger with four goals and four assists to his name in 23 matches.
He’s a local lad who came through the academy ranks and they rate him highly, inserting an £83million release clause in his contract. Torres’ performances have seen him linked with Arsenal and Leicester in the past.

Luis Maximiano, 21 – Sporting Lisbon
Plays Thursday – v Istanbul Basaksehir (H)
The 6ft 3in Sporting Lisbon goalkeeper is one of the most exciting talents between the sticks in Europe.
He has represented Portugal throughout the age group levels. Maximiano’s anticipation and reactions are strong so combined with his natural physical ability, he’s made the No 1 spot at Sporting his own.
They host Bashekshir on Thursday night and the 21-year-old is set to take his place in goal.

Myron Boadu, 19 – AZ Alkmaar
Plays Thursday – v LASK (H)
If you’ve never heard of this 19-year-old Dutch striker, you soon will and he’s bound to secure a move away from AZ Alkmaar this summer.
The teenager has a heap of responsibility on his shoulders but is carrying the burden magnificently with 19 goals and six assists this season.
Boadu is lethal in the box but also possesses great pace. He’s been plagued by injury problems which may put off potential suitors but if he can stay fit, the forward looks on course for big things.

Gabriel Martinelli, 18 – Arsenal
Plays Thursday – v Olympiacos (A)
Martinelli is one of the few shining lights in an otherwise disappointing season for Arsenal.
The 18-year-old looks right at home for the Gunners but has had to play off the left flank when his favoured position is through the middle.
He’s likely to be handed some more game time under Mikel Arteta in the Europa League clash with Olympiacos on Thursday night. He’s already in double figures for goals this season and may have an even more prominent role if either Alexandre Lacazette or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leave in the summer.

Pedro Neto, 19 – Wolves
Plays Thursday – v Espanyol (H)
Neto joined Wolves from Lazio last year on a five-year deal and has long been tipped for the top.
The 19-year-old became Braga’s youngest ever scorer at 17 and hasn’t looked back. Another Portuguese recruit for Nuno Espirito Santo’s men, Neto has managed to break into the first team this season.
He has three goals in 26 appearances and will be looking to improve that tally against Espanyol.

Tete, 20 – Shakhtar Donetsk
Plays Thursday – v Benfica (H)
The Shakhtar Donetsk winger joined on a five-year deal last February and has since shown why the Ukrainian club poached him from Gremio.
He follows a long conveyor belt of Brazilians to thrive for Shakhtar and it seems his value will only increase.
Tete has four goals and four assists in 17 games for the club and is a Brazil Under-20 international.

Kai Havertz, 20 – Bayer Leverkusen
Plays Thursday – v Porto (H)
Liverpool fans might want to keep a keen eye on the German international when he lines up for Bayer Leverkusen against Porto on Thursday.
The 20-year-old is already a star and has been linked with a summer move to Anfield. He’s scored six times in 27 games this season from attacking midfield.
The technically gifted starlet became the youngest player to represent Leverkusen in the Champions League and has the world at his feet.

Dani Olmo, 21 – RB Leipzig
Plays Wednesday – v Tottenham (A)
Olmo was capped internationally by Spain last year and is another typically gifted attacking midfielder.
The 21-year-old only joined Leipzig from Dinamo Zagreb in January but has slotted straight into the first team.
He can provide top service to Timo Werner and Yussuf Poulsen so Jose Mourinho’s side will need to keep close tabs on him on Wednesday.

Lee Kang-in, 19 – Valencia
Plays Wednesday – v Atalanta (A)
The South Korean joined Valencia’s academy way back in 2011 and has been on the radar as one to watch for a while.
He captured the attention of the Spanish club after appearing on a football television show in 2007 and is making waves at the club.
Though Kang-in is yet to become a mainstay in the side, the diminutive midfielder is still only 18 and has made 15 appearances so far this season, five of which have come in the Champions League.

Justin Kluivert, 20 – Roma
Plays Thursday – v Gent (A)
Son of the legendary Patrick, the Dutch winger is yet to set the world alight at Roma since joining from Ajax in 2018 but has plenty of time to develop.
The 20-year-old takes his minutes when he can get them. It seems a matter of time before he fulfils his potential and the Italian club are being patient.
Kluivert has scored five times in 23 appearances this season and is relishing playing in the attacking style put out by Paulo Fonseca.
Justin Kluivert is making a name for himself at Roma and is likely to play on Thursday night
