The young girl claimed Dionne touched her inappropriately while she was at a birthday sleepover at his house in November 2017.

She said he woke her up around 1.30am by placing his hand against her buttocks under her pajamas as she laid on her belly.

The victim said Dionne then reached up under her bra and jiggled her chest, allegedly taking a photo of her on his phone.

Dionne is said to have molested the girl on two occasions, just several hours apart. Both of Dionne’s children were sleeping in the room at the time of the assault.

He asked the girl if she wanted to see his genitals during the assault, even asking her whether she was a ‘big girl or a little girl’.

Dionne also reportedly told the victim: ‘If you tell your mom, I’ll go to jail and (my daughter) won’t have a daddy.’

After refusing his advances, Dionne is said to have returned to his room.

Dionne assaulted the girl in September, asking her if she wanted to kiss his genitals.

Her friendship with Dionne’s daughter ended after the assault.
