Alec and Hilaria Baldwin looked rather worn out as they stepped out in New York on Tuesday with all four children in tow.
And with good reason – as well as caring for a newborn baby their household has also been struck down with illness in recent weeks.
Hilaria, 34, was struck down with pneumonia just days after welcoming Romeo on May 17 and her little ones have been battling the flu and pink eye.
On Tuesday the whole gang made it out for a stroll around the Big Apple.

The Majorca-born fitness book author showed off her svelte legs in a black and white print mini-skirt, slipping into a frilly floral blouse.
Hilaria, who married Alec at St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in Manhattan in 2012, shielded her eyes with massive sunglasses and popped on a pair of flip flops.
Along with Romeo, she and her drastically older husband share four-year-old daughter Carmen, two-year-old son Rafael and one-year-old son Leo.
While holding Romeo in his little baby carrier, Hilaria also managed to push Leo’s stroller as her firstborn daughter ambled along beside her.

Meanwhile, Alec, 60, was on stroller duty for Rafael, and at one point was glimpsed bending down to plant a kiss on his eldest son’s cheek.
The grizzled ex-Oscars host wore open-toed sandals with navy trousers, throwing on a charcoal T-shirt and clasping on a watch.
Hilaria has documented her health struggles on Instagram, telling her fans recently that ‘I was also diagnosed with pneumonia, Rafa and Leo with the flu, Carmen came home from school with pink eye.’
She remarked: ‘Tumultuous to say the least, and, for a family that rarely gets sick, definitely a foreign experience. We are all on the mend, and fortunately, so far, Romeo is super healthy. It’s been tough getting our new family of 6 oriented with all of the necessary quarantining.’

She wrote: ‘The recovery from birth, the beginnings of breastfeeding again, the sleepless nights, taking care of sick toddlers, dr visits, my own health…I just keep on saying “we got this”….’
She confessed she has ‘had my stressed out moments and have had to practice lots of breathing and perspective, trying to stay as calm and positive as possible.’
By Memorial Day, she showed her Instagram followers she was ‘Getting back into being active with a little light stretching for my shoulders, neck and back…’

Hilaria has been game about her and Alec’s age gap, taking the stage during a Spike roast of him last year and calling him ‘a wonderful grandfather to our children.’
Alec has a 22-year-old daughter called Ireland by his first wife Kim Basinger, whom he was married to from 1993 until their rancorous divorce was finalized in 2002.
In 2007, when Ireland was only 11, Alec had left her a scathing since-leaked voicemail in which he branded her a ‘rude, thoughtless little pig,’ after she missed a phone call from him that she had known was coming.

‘That was a decade ago, and my dad and I are in a much better place now. He would never say something like that – because I’m 6’2″ and I would kick his a**.’
Alec, a staunch Democrat who plays Donald Trump on Saturday night live, and Stephen Baldwin, a Republican supporter of the president, have feuded over politics.

Stephen’s daughter Hailey, a model who has amassed 12 million Instagram followers, recently told London’s Sunday Times about the uncomfortable rift in her family.
‘That was a very hurtful situation for me. I love my father, he’s an amazing dad, but we so strongly disagreed on’ the 2016 presidential election, she shared.
‘He and my sister strongly disagreed on it. My sister’s husband, like everyone on our side, just doesn’t agree with him. We don’t talk about it now. It’s not worth the argument,’ explained the blonde social media princess.
