The 34-year-old was acknowledging the seven year anniversary of meeting her 59-year-old husband, writing, ‘I met him 7 years ago today…and how our lives have changed.’

The post is captioned with the Spanish-born beauty’s advice for keeping the flame alive in a marriage when you have three kids:
‘One thing that helps us grow together is that we make it a priority to have our alone time.
‘Children are such a blessing, but they can strain relationships too…taking time, nearly every day, to check in and laugh…yes, get angry and cry and frustrated too-helps us stay together.
‘It is no fairy tale and it isn’t easy…but it’s real and it’s us.’

Alec kept cozy in a black anorak that matched his pants and shoes, and he had let a bit of grizzled scruff grow into his craggy, distinguished face.
Meanwhile, Hilaria – who is now expecting the couple’s fourth child – wore an olive green coat over black leggings and comfy-looking black boots.
The yoga instructor, who married Alec in 2012, accessorized with large shades and a massive fringed scarf with a red, white and black tartan pattern.
In addition to their daughter Carmen and son Rafael, Alec and Hilaria also have a one-year-old son named Leonardo whom they welcomed in 2016.
