Hilaria Baldwin revealed that she has had to seek therapy to help cope with the heartbreak of losing two pregnancies to miscarriages in 2019.
‘Yes. . . I go regularly. Pretty much every week,’ the wife of Alec Baldwin confessed on Instagram after a fan asked her if she had in fact saw a therapist.
The yoga instructor, 36, went on to explain how she’s been aware of her grief and how being open to talking to someone can be very beneficial in the wake of the two tragedies.

‘There is nothing to lose by going to someone and talking. I said it from the beginning: I wasn’t ok when it happened, but I knew that I would be and I wanted to be,’ she said in her post.
‘For myself, I really needed to choose happiness in such a difficult time. And I needed to work very hard for it.’
The second of the two miscarriages happened in November 2019.

‘We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months,’ she wrote on Instagram at the time.
‘We also want you to know that even though we are not ok right now, we will be. We are so lucky with our 4 healthy babies—and we will never lose sight of this.’
That devastating news came just seven months after her other heartbreaking miscarriage.

‘There was no heartbeat today at my scan…so it’s over…but I have some pretty strong and amazing heartbeats right here,’ the yoga instructor, captioned a photo of herself with her husband and their four children, Carmen, six, Rafael, four, Leonardo, three, and Romeo, one.
Hilaria and Alec were married on June 30, 2012 in New York City.
Alec Baldwin also has a daughter, Ireland Baldwin, 24, that she shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
