Hilarie Burton Morgan marks 15-year anniversary of first date with husband Jeffrey Dean Morgan on social media

Hilarie Burton Morgan took to social media on Monday to celebrate the 15-year anniversary of her first date with husband Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

The 41-year-old actress posted a family photo on Instagram showing her and Jeffrey, 58, with their 14-year-old son Augustus and six-year-old daughter George Virginia having fun at the beach.

‘Fifteen years ago, @jeffreydeanmorgan asked me to come out Memorial Day weekend and visit him in New Mexico so he could take me on a date before I left the States to live in the apartment I’d rented in Paris,’ Hilarie wrote in the caption for her roughly 1.8 million followers.

‘It’s been a very long date,’ she added.

Hilarie and Jeffrey have been married since October 2019.

They were set up on a blind date through Jeffrey’s Supernatural co-star Jensen Ackles, 46, and his wife Daneel, 45, who co-starred with Hilarie on One Tree Hill.

Jensen officiated their wedding.

Hilarie and Jeffrey cuddled up last month while promoting the AMC Networks in New York City.

They wore matching all-black outfits while on the carpet at the AMC Networks 2024 Upfront event.

Jeffrey has been starring in The Walking Dead franchise and Hilarie has become an AMC TV personality as the host of True Crime: It Couldn’t Happen Here, a docuseries about small-town murders.

The Walking Dead: Dead City starring Jeffrey has been filming and he was seen earlier this month wielding his ionic barbed wire bat Lucille on set in Massachusetts.

Jeffrey put on his bad boy persona for the camera while suited up in character.

The actors black jeans and leather belt tied the dark ensemble together while posing up a storm for the series.

His dark locks were stylishly slicked back and his silver beard and mustache were perfectly trimmed.

The set look impressive picturing a battle scene as the undead attacked the living.

Actors were dressed up in gas masks, leather jackets and matching gloves while carrying tanks.

The fan favorite post-apocalyptic horror show is expected to make waves when the second season premieres, but a release date has yet to be set.

Morgan began starring as Negan in The Walking Dead during its seventh season. He portrayed the character up until the show’s final season, which wrapped November 2022.
