Hillary Clinton shows off ‘alternative nostril breathing’

Hillary Clinton showed off just how she has been handling her loss to President Donald Trump since the 2016 election while promoting her new campaign memoir.

The failed Democratic presidential candidate sat with CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Wednesday talked about the new relaxation methods she’s picked up since the stunning defeat. 

‘Seems like you’ve been doing a lot of yoga?’ Cooper said during an interview organized as part of Clinton’s What Happened book tour.

‘Yes, I have,’ Clinton said. 

‘And alternate nostril breathing.’

Cooper then asked if he could see how the breathing technique works.

‘I would highly recommend it,’ Clinton said.
