The Bachelorette star Holly Langford breaks down in tears as she is sent home by Brooke Blurton after confessing she didn’t want children


Holly Langford was sent home by Brooke Blurton during Wednesday’s penultimate episode of The Bachelorette.

During their final one-on-one date, Holly admitted to Brooke she didn’t want to have children in the near future or live in Western Australia.

She said she worried their relationship would run into problems after a few years if they both found themselves wanting different things.

‘WA is honestly not somewhere I can see myself,’ Holly said.

‘To be honest, part of me is just like, why couldn’t you tell me this earlier?’ a frustrated Brooke replied.

‘I just wanna know… what were you looking for, originally? Like, you came into this experience and what were you looking for?’

‘I’m looking to spend my life with someone…’ Holly said before Brooke cut her off.

Brooke interrupted: ‘But it’s not me… because you’re saying you’re giving me a time limit. I don’t know where to go from here.

‘If you’re already pre-empting that, you’re already setting us up for failure. You’re basically saying this is gonna hit a roadblock. Are you willing to compromise?’

She then told Holly their relationship wasn’t going to work.

‘I feel like, in my mind, I don’t want to make you sacrifice anything that you don’t want to, and I came here looking for something, and I really just don’t know if we can get over this,’ she said.

A devastated Holly broke down in tears as she left the Bachelorette mansion.

Darvid Garayeli and Jamie-Lee Dayz are Brooke’s final two contestants.

The Bachelorette finale airs Thursday at 7:30pm on Channel 10
