Holly Willoughby poses in the snow in jump suit ahead of Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof debut

Holly Willoughby showed off her sensational figure as she posed in a deep purple jump suit before making her debut on new BBC One show Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof on Tuesday.

The television presenter, 41, took to Instagram to share a picture of herself standing in the snow in her stylish get-up, standing with her hands on her hips.

She wore a pair of black Goldbergh snow boots and a bobble hat by Barts Amsterdam in the same hue as her Cordova suit while her waist was cinched in by a black belt with a silver metal buckle.

The suit featured a funky pink arrow design at the front and matching cuffs while she had a blue stripe down one leg and a red stripe down the other.

She wore lashings of make-up to highlight her pretty facial features as she stood in the wintry setting.

Holly captioned her post: ‘Not long now until #freezethefear begins on @bbc 1…. See you with @iceman_hof, Lee Mack and our fantastic gang of celebs @mralfieboe @chelceegrimes @owainwynevans @glamzin @professorgreen @diannebuswell @gabbylogan @patrice.evra 9pm tonight.’

Six-part series Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof is hosted by Holly and Lee Mack, 53.

It sees eight celebrities embark on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure under the training of extreme athlete Wim.

Wim, also known as The Iceman, guides the VIPs though a series of challenges designed to test their limits, both physically and mentally.

The stars – Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell, 32, rapper Professor Green, 38, actress Tamzin Outhwaite, 51, musical theatre legend Alfie Boe, 48, singer Chelcee Grimes, 29, presenter and former gymnast Gabby Logan, 48, weatherman Owain Wyn Evans, 37, and French football player Patrice Evra, 40 – jetted to Italy to film the show.

During Tuesday night’s episode they were seen jumping into an icy lake as part of their first challenge.

The group then had to trek across snow and ice to make it to their new camp in Italy, with the stars having to climb down a sheer cliff face before reaching their final destination.

Each week will see them take on gruelling challenges, which gradually become more daring as the series progresses.

They will be seen living together in a tented village in sub-zero temperatures, surrounded by spectacular, icy scenes of Northern Italy. 

Under the encouragement of Wim, the celebrities will reap the rewards of cold-water therapy and face a unique test of mental strength.

Wim has dedicated his life to showing others that they can achieve things they thought were impossible.

He has previously used special techniques to control his mind and body while running a half marathon above the Arctic circle barefoot, submerged himself in ice for 1hr 52 mins, and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in just his shorts and shoes.

Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof next airs on BBC One on Tuesday 19 April at 9pm. A BBC Three spin-off show will accompany the BBC One series.
