Meanwhile, Rochelle flashed a hint of her toned abs in a cropped camel ensemble with ruched detailing, while Kate Garraway put on her own stylish display in a pink satin ensemble.

Ant and Dec, Kate Garraway, drama It’s A Sin and Strictly Come Dancing were among this year’s nominees in the 17 categories – with the winners decided by the public and industry vote.

In the TV Personality category, Ant & Dec were victorious, beating Bradley Walsh, Rylan Clark and Piers Morgan.

The News Presenter award is a four-way fight, with GB News’ Eamonn Holmes scooping the gong over Stephen Dixon, and the BBC News Team’s Clive Myrie and Victoria Derbyshire.

The New Drama category prize was given to the award-winning It’s A Sin over Vigil, The Pembrokeshire Murders and Around the World in 80 Days.

The Drama award was given to Line of Duty, despite Call the Midwife, Vera and All Creatures Great and Small also being contenders.

In Game Show, it was a tight race, but The Chase proved to be the victor over Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel, Richard Osman’s House of Games and Would I Lie To You?  

The Entertainment Award was given to Gogglebox, beating Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad and The Graham Norton Show.

In the Soap category, it was a battle of heavyweights with Coronation Street, Emmerdale, EastEnders and Holby City all fighting for the gong, and it was the Yorkshire-based soap that scooped the gong.

Strictly Come Dancing was awarded the Reality prize, beating out Clarkson’s Farm, The Masked Singer and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!

Chris Ramsey and his wife Rosie’s S****ed, Married, Annoyed show was given the Podcast Award, while Roman Kemp’s Capital Breakfast show was given the Radio Programme prize, with the host also received Radio Personality.

BBC News and Mastermind host Clive Myrie was also given the TRIC Special Award.

The TRIC Awards recognise the very best TV, radio and online shows, as well as Britain’s most-loved stars and talent.  

The 2021 awards saw Piers Morgan beat his former Good Morning Britain co-host Susanna Reid to scoop News Presenter Of The Year.

The TV star looked delighted to be back with his old colleagues at the event held in London, as the breakfast show led the winners at the star-studded awards.

It was also a day to remember for his former co-star Kate Garraway, who was recognised with a special award after continuing her tireless TV and radio work while her husband Derek Draper battles Covid-19.

GMB itself also scooped the prize for Multi-Channel News, while fellow ITV staples This Morning and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here awarded gongs for Daytime and Reality respectively. 

Famed duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were crowned the winners of the TV Personality category, while Roman Kemp was named best Radio Personality.

The Soap Of The Year gong was given to Coronation Street, with the show’s actress Shelley King landing the Soap Actor prize.

BBC programme Would I Lie To You? was announced as the winner of the Comedy category and The Repair Shop scooped the gong for best Factual show.

The Crown was awarded the prize for the Drama category. Gordon Ramsay, Gino D’Acampo, and Fred Sireix were elated when their show American Road Trip! was recognised for the Food category award.
