Holly Willoughby’s weight loss is ‘burning 600 calories’

Her sensational weight loss has left fans in awe. 

And Holly Willoughby’s fitness and diet secrets seem to be out, as insiders revealed the This Morning frontwoman has been throwing herself into kickboxing to stay in shape – with each workout shedding a whopping 500-600 calories every hour. 

The 36-year-old TV host has managed to fashion herself into something of a style icon thanks to her daily outfit posts which exhibit her polished style and weight loss – which is also said to be the result of mostly vegetables in her diet.

Holly has been well-known for her curves throughout her 12 years in the spotlight, having started as a lingerie model and moved into presenting before becoming both a national TV sweetheart and a widespread pin-up. 

In recent months however she has swapped her curvy frame for a svelte new silhouette which has captivated fans on a daily basis with her chic Instagram posts. 

Insiders revealed to Now: ‘Holly loves kickboxing and finds it an easy way to stay trim. She even has a kickboxing bag in her spare room, so she can work out at home.

‘Holly does eat fish and occasionally chicken but it’s mainly veggies. She watches her carbs and is conscious not to overload on the bad stuff.’

Using kickboxing will undoubtedly help Holly lose weight and fast as experts spoke to New! magazine about the fantastic and quick results.

Insiders said: ‘You can expect to burn around 500-600 calories in an hour of boxercise but it depends on your fitness levels. 

‘It’s a great overall workout as it not only incorporates shoulder and arm work but she’ll be doing squats, lunges and ab work, too. It’s a very good overall body-conditioning session and fat burner.’

In September last year, Holly spoke of keeping in shape on Lorraine: ‘My children are a bit older. You get to that point where you have a bit more time to yourself. I think as long as you’re happy and healthy that’s most important.’

On having another baby, she added: ‘I hate saying no (to having another baby) because I hated (pregnancy) being over. 

‘I love being pregnant, I love giving birth, I love all that. It’s like wearing a wedding dress, I don’t want that all to be over. Maybe one day (we’ll have more). We’re very happy as we are, it feels like we are complete.’
