Home and Away star Ada Nicodemou is set to host free public event Ballet Under The Stars

She won season three of Dancing With The Stars in 2005.

And Home and Away star Ada Nicodemou’s affinity for dance has scored her the role of hosting The Australian Ballet’s free public event in Penrith, Sydney next month.

The 41-year-old will take the stage and will be tasked with introducing and interviewing dancers ahead of the world-class performance, according to Saturday’s Courier Mail.

Having grown up in Minto, Ada told the publication the event will give Western Sydneysiders the ‘opportunity to watch high quality art’ at no cost.

Ballet Under The Stars will include a full-length production of the timeless ballet, Giselle. 

It’s no secret why Ada is the perfect host for the event, with the star revealing she holds a ‘disco night’ in her home every Friday where she busts a move with her six-year-old son, Johnas.

‘It’s usually me and him. Sometimes I’ll have friends over, but the two of us are definitely the constants,’ she told the publication.

Gushing over her love for performing arts, Ada explained she decided to start her career in acting after seeing a play in high school.

‘I’d never been to the theatre, and it just changed my life,’ she admitted.

The brunette beauty also sports a love for the gym, taking to Instagram on Friday to share a glimpse of her gruelling workouts.

Including four sets of 20 squats, 20 walking lunges and a one-minute plank, Ada was later captured lifting weights effortlessly.

In conjunction with regular exercise, the soap star told WHO magazine in June that she also follows a ‘strict’ eating plan.

Her breakfast consists of an omlette, go-to lunch is a salad with tuna or chicken for protein, followed by a three-quarter coffee with milk. 

Ada’s dinner is also built around protein – from either fillet steak, grilled chicken or grilled fish – with green leafy vegetables or salad.
