Home and Away star is unrecognisable with a British accent in resurfaced clips from his acting school days – so can you tell who it is?
Home and Away star Kawakawa Fox-Reo surprised fans on streaming platform Twitch when he shared throwback videos from his drama school days.
The New Zealand actor, 25, best known for playing Nikau Parata on the long-running soap, sported a mullet and a British accent in one of the clips.
He’s better known to viewers for speaking like an Aussie and having shorter hair.
‘They’re pretty funny. Like, I was watching them back today and I was cracking up. Some of them are very s**t,’ he told his followers.
In one of the videos, he donned a navy suit, white shirt and blue tie while performing a scene from the 2008 black comedy In Bruges.

‘So the first note that I have is… boom, new haircut! The accent is dog s**t and it’s kind of funny,’ Kawakawa said as he watched the old video.
‘And the hair and the pimply face, bro… yeah.’
Another scene showed him with a buzz cut as he delivered a monologue from the 2007 film There Will Be Blood, starring Daniel Day-Lewis.

His Twitch followers joked about his resemblance to pop star Harry Styles in one of the acting tapes because of his long hair.
‘Okay, now you look like Harry Styles back then,’ one fan said, while another added: ‘Omg, I’ve never laughed so hard.’
‘Your hair back then reminds me of Harry Styles when One Direction first debuted,’ a third said.
The throwback clips come after Kawakawa was forced to apologise when fans took offence to a recent post he shared on Instagram.
He posted a gym selfie on March 30 last year, and captioned it: ‘I love steroids.’

The post was deleted when Channel Seven became aware of it.
‘I know I have made a serious error in judgement with this post and I have deleted it,’ Kawakawa told The Daily Telegraph.
‘I realise my attempt at humour was misguided and misleading and sincerely apologise.’
