‘On days when I don’t feel like getting out and about, I’ll do body weights at home,’ Ada said of her regimen.

The actress, who is known for her super fit physique, said she does a mix of body resistant training at home.

‘I’ll do push-ups, sit-ups and star jumps and I’ve got some bands you can buy from Kmart or Big W, and some light weights,’ she said.

Speaking to Body and Soul in February, Ada said her workouts were always at the top of her mind when planning out her week.

‘Once I get my weekly schedule from work, the first thing I do is map out when I’ll exercise,’ she said.

‘I will write this into my diary and basically set a date with myself. I make sure that my exercise is a priority – that means I am a priority, too.’

Speaking to New Idea recently, Ada said she eats foods that are high in protein and does high-intensity workouts to stay trim and toned.

‘I like my curves, I feel like a woman and I feel more confident – which I think is also really good as a parent… I love that I’m curvy,’ she told the magazine.

As for meals, she said: ‘Morning is poached eggs with some avocado, salt and chilli, lunch is tuna, turkey or chicken salad, and dinner is steak with spinach and avocado. For snacks, I’ll have some macadamia nuts, raspberries, yoghurt and cheese.’
