She then split the bread rolls open, and placed one of them crust side down into the sausage roll maker after switching it on.
‘I just used two bread rolls – top and bottom. I placed the “bottom” of the rolls into the maker and kind of squished it in a bit,’ she wrote.
‘Then I scooped some of the egg mix in each of the four wells of the maker, placed the “top” of the bread rolls on and shut the maker and let it work its magic.’
She allowed the rolls to cook for about eight minutes.

‘I did cut one open to check at about six minutes in because I wanted my eggs done a bit more,’ she said.
The woman said the sausage roll maker gave her the same results as a sandwich maker because the bread rolls were golden and crispy while the fillings were steaming hot inside.
Many were impressed with her simple bacon and eggs rolls, saying they look ‘delicious’, ‘yummy’, ‘awesome’ and it’s a ‘good idea’.
