A home cook has wowed thousands with her incredible champagne breakfast spread – complete with a fruit platter, an assortment of bread and a hearty shakshuka.
The woman, from Melbourne, shared a now-viral TikTok video of her creations, along with her secret recipe for shakshuka – a traditional Middle Eastern one-pan egg and tomato dish that’s typically served for breakfast.
To make the meal, you’ll need eggs, onion, green and red capsicums, a can of crushed tomatoes, spices like smoked paprika and cumin, parsley and bread.

She started by dicing the onions and capsicums. Then over medium heat, she fried off the onions until they become translucent.
The cook added the capsicums and cook them for a further five to six minutes.
She added spices, salt and pepper, then the crushed tomatoes and allowed it to simmer for about two minutes, before creating small ‘wells’ in the sauce.
The woman then cracked the eggs in, and covered the pan with a lid to allow the eggs to poach. The eggs can be cooked to your liking – whether the yolk is runny or fully cooked.
Garnish with parsley and serve with bread.

Her video has since been viewed more than 140,000 times, with many saying they couldn’t wait to make their own breakfast spread at home.
‘Love how you plated everything. Makes my tummy and my eyes happy,’ one wrote, while another added: ‘The most delicious breakfast created by the most talented girl in the world.’
Dozens said they couldn’t wait to make a shakshuka, with one declaring the dish as: ‘The best thing in the world.’
One asked whether the dish would go ‘cold’ while it’s sitting among the breakfast spread, but the cook replied, saying: ‘Not really, I made it fresh. But even if it did go cold, I would just reheat it.’
