Zachery Ty Bryan, best known as Brad Taylor on Home Improvement, was arrested early Friday morning in Custer County, Oklahoma, for a second felony DUI offense.
According to arrest documents obtained by TMZ, police found Bryan asleep in the back seat of his car around 6:47 a.m., initially speaking to him before letting him be.
Later, however, officers spotted him driving and conducted a traffic stop, during which Bryan allegedly admitted to being intoxicated.
Dashcam footage obtained by TMZ shows officers administering field sobriety tests, which, according to the report, Bryan failed.
When asked to rate his level of sobriety from 0 to 10, Bryan reportedly rated himself a five. He refused a breathalyzer test on-site and was subsequently taken into custody.
This is not Bryan’s first run-in with the law; he has a history of DUI arrests, including one earlier this year in February.
