Honey Boo Boo, 16, goes Instagram official with her college student boyfriend Dralin Carswell, 20

Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson has finally gone Instagram official with her boyfriend Darlin Craswell.

The high school student, 16, and the college student, 20, were holding hands as they wore matching T-shirts that said ‘that’s how I roll’ as a mummy was seen walking.

They began dating about seven months ago and her family approved of him even though they have a big age difference.

They were sitting on a cart that had large Halloween pumpkins behind them on a bed of hay. Both were beaming as they looked very much in love.

She added ‘bae’ in pink and white over the photo and added white hearts.

‘Spooky season,’ she wrote in her caption for her 1M Instagram followers, adding two pumpkin emojis. 

Alana wore light acid washed ripped jeans with her gray shirt, adding white and blue hightop Nike sneakers. Her hair was worn down and she had on long nails.

He had on track pants and multi-colored sneakers with turquoise and hot pink. 

In early September The Sun claimed that she was ‘attached at the hip’ with Carswell.

Despite the four-year age gap, the teen reality TV star’s sister reportedly approves of her relationship.  

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Carswell attended a Nashville technical school but now lives near in Georgia near Alana and her sister Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon, 21, the site reported.

As Alana saves up for her first car, her car fanatic beau has generously let her drive his Chevrolet Camaro, which he considers ‘his baby.’  

In Georgia, 16 is the youngest age a person can give his or her lawful consent to sexual activities.

Last week while gracing the cover of Teen Vogue, she spoke about her man publicly for the first time in a candid interview. 

‘To be honest, I do not have many friends. At all,’ Alana said of her social life as the only famous student at her public high school.

She added her only friend is her boyfriend. ‘Because I feel like folks are so much like, oh my God, I’m friends with Honey Boo Boo. I don’t trust nobody really, so I don’t have friends.’

The TV vet also discussed how people react to her body and the body positivity movement.

‘I feel like my generation is probably making it worse,’ the candid teen said.

‘Everybody’s all about body positivity, body positivity, until they see a body they don’t like…I don’t understand why people think this way. Just because I got a little bit of extra meat on my bones, you want to hate me? I’ll never get body shaming.’

After that they hoped from hotel to hotel as they burned through her life savings to party and gamble.

This month, Geno was sentenced to 16 months in prison for felony possession of a controlled substance, which was listed as crack cocaine, during his 2019 arrest in Alabama. June has managed to avoid prison time.

From Not To Hot has been on the air for three years and spawned reunion specials such as Path To Redemption.

Alana has also participated in the spinoff Dancing with the Stars: Juniors.
