A terrified teenage girl who was allegedly attacked and had her hair ripped out by teenagers wielding a knife has revealed she is too scared to leave the house.
The 15-year-old was at Arndale Shopping Centre in Adelaide on Thursday with a friend when she was allegedly set upon by the group of teenage girls.
Disturbing footage showed the girl as she was thrown to the ground and attacked.

A chunk of long brown hair was ripped from her scalp and tossed aside.
She was still wearing her schoolbag at the time.
Speaking to 7 News, the young girl described her terror.
‘At first I tried getting them off me, then I threw in a couple of punches, and then I got a chunk of my hair ripped out,’ she said.
The schoolgirl also said she now fears for her safety.
‘They said to me they were going to be waiting at Arndale for me.’
The victim’s friend revealed he feared for her life.
‘They basically just told (her) they were going to stab her and then they pulled a knife,’ he said.
Security guards broke up the brawl.
The alleged attacker is thought to be the same girl accused of assaulting a defenseless woman on a footpath in Adelaide’s western suburbs just hours earlier.
During the attack, the victim could be heard screaming ‘it wasn’t me darling’ while spectating classmates urged the girl on.
‘You’re full of s***,’ the girl said as she continued the alleged attack.
The alleged assailant was seen appearing to slap the woman’s head before grabbing her hair and punching her repeatedly.
‘Bash her!’ another pupil could be heard yelling.

The girl appeared to slam her knee into the woman’s head, forcing her into the fence behind as she dropped to the ground.
South Australia Police told Daily Mail Australia two teenage girls have been arrested.
‘A 14 and a 15-year-old girl have been arrested and charged with aggravated assault,’ said a spokesperson.
They will appear in Port Adelaide Youth Court on November 28.
