They then start stomping on him as bystanders watch the chaos unfold.
Footage later shows them running and fleeing the scene.
One of the suspects can be seen wearing a red sweatshirt hoodie with beige pants and dark sneakers. He is said to be Latino and described as being between the ages of 15 and 20.
