John Pearce has shared a hilarious video to Instagram in which he revealed how he is finding inspiration for baby names with his pregnant wife Jessie Adamo.
The Purple Wiggle, 33, posted a video in which he watched a scene from the 2008 movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall while searching for name ideas.
Inspiration struck as Pearce watched the scene in which Jason Segel’s character Peter arrived in Honolulu and gets given the Hawaiian nickname Pepiopi.
The ‘Hot Wiggle’ then repeated the name ‘Pepiopi’, before excitedly calling out for his wife.
He captioned the post: ‘Constantly thinking of boys names. The best movie. Jessie, what do you think of this one?’
Wife Jessie replied, ‘Hahaha now I can use this video as a reference to explain where the nickname originated.’
The lovebirds, who tied the knot in 2019, confirmed they were expecting their first child together in a post shared to Instagram in June.
They posted a sweet video of the emotional moment they discovered Jessie was pregnant and confirmed they will be welcoming a baby boy.

‘It has been a long journey but our beautiful angel has finally been sent to us,’ they captioned the post.
‘We are so full of joy and can’t wait to meet you – baby Adamo Pearce due Dec 2024,’ they continued.
The Wiggles gushed over the couple’s happy news in a sweet message as they showed their support for Purple Wiggle John, who joined the group in 2021.
‘We’re all so happy to see The Wiggles’ family expanding,’ the beloved group’s official statement read.

The couple started dating in 2012, just two years after his dance-pop group Justice Crew shot to fame following their Australia’s Got Talent win.
They tied the knot in a private ceremony in October 2019, with their fifth anniversary together coming up at the end of this year.
In April, John told Daily Mail Australia how he has ‘always been excited to have children’ and said fatherhood has always been the plan for him.
