Hotel guest who claimed to find a ‘fetus’ in the closet reveals what was REALLY in bag

A woman who went viral last week for claiming she found a bag with a bloody ‘fetus’ in her hotel room last month has had her account discredited.

A police report revealed that the contents of the bag were in fact wine and vomit left by a prior guest.

The revelation comes a week after Ásh Whïté posted a video complaining about her stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tallahassee, while demanding a refund.

In an accompanying caption, the Florida mom described how she booked the room  while in town for a family reunion, and upon entering, found it uncleaned from a previous guest’s stay.

In the clip, Whïté narrates footage of her discovering what appears to be a plastic bag filled with human blood from the room’s closet.

When she confronted a staffer, Whïté said they nonchalantly told her it was likely an unborn baby.

The video goes on to shows Whïté audible disgust – and how she demanded a refund from the front desk.

As the post went viral, staffers at the hotel denied Whïté’s version of events – before shooting it down with some concrete proof.

‘In response to the serious allegation, our staff immediately contacted law enforcement and a thorough investigation was conducted,’ Hilton Garden Inn General Manager Jason Curtis told the Florida Standard.

‘We take all guest concerns very seriously and we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all our guests,’ Curtis wrote in an email shortly after the paper published a story covering Whïté’s widely seen video.

‘A forensic analysis concluded that the allegation was false.’

A police report filed after the incident supported Curtis’s assertion – and indicated a forensic test was taken of the contents in the bag.

The test, viewed by The Standard, revealed that the bag contained vomit and wine.

Since settled, the incident initially spawned a torrent of social media commentary , after Whïté claimed in her post that the staffer she confronted told her the hotel was handing over the then-presumed fetus to Planned Parenthood.

‘We’re contracted with Planned Parenthood,’ the staffer said, according to Whïté.  ‘This looks like an aborted fetus. We’re just going to take it’

The experience also saw Whïté awarded 30,000 reward points – the equivalent of roughly $200 – for the mix-up. She did not respond to requests for an interview.

In her Facebook post – which was erroneously reshared by pro-life group Students for Life of America – Whïté claimed to call the police after her discovery, spurring an investigation and the creation of written report.

It ended with staff offering her the 30,000 aforementioned hotel points, while assuring her she could contact Hilton for a full refund.

Hilton Hotels told The Standard the Hilton Garden Inn was independently owned and operated.

Earlier in the clip – which has been viewed tens of thousands of times –  Whïté shows initial disgust over oversights such as an unmade bed and mounds of trash.

Her anger, however, spiked when she opened up a closet and spotted the foreboding plastic bag.

‘We noticed something in our closet,’ she says in the video, which shows a staffer carrying the bag away as she follows close behind.

‘That wasn’t just something you just put on somebody like that and expect them to just go on about their day,’ White said of the experience at the time. ‘This was the worst day ever. So I was like, I want my money back.’
