How Kamala Harris has flaunted her $200K plus jewelry collection through the years: Cartier watches, Tiffany gold necklaces, and her signature gumball pearls

She has long described herself as a woman with a modest middle-class background with one eye on the bottom line – but that hasn’t stopped Kamala Harris from amassing a wardrobe of jewels that even Melania Trump would covet.

From her trademark pearls to the $18,500 gold Tiffany necklace she wore for her recent trip to the border, DailyMail.com can reveal her collection of jewelry and watches tops out at a whopping $187,906 – and would cost an eye-watering $207,750 if purchased at 2024 prices.

Last week Harris, 59, was seen campaigning in Wisconsin – where her trademark pearls were on display once again as she expounded on her plans to create an ‘opportunity economy’ where everyone will be able to ‘to own a home, build wealth, start a business.’

Kamala Harris has an elegant but luxurious collection of jewelry and watches – including her $18,500 gold Tiffany gold chain link necklace – that she has regularly flaunted over the years

But not everyone has the funds to create a jewelry collection like the Democrat nominee’s which includes three Cartier watches, including the $16,500 steel and gold Ballon Bleu timepiece she has repeatedly been photographed in.

In a TikTok video, Swiss watch expert The Watch Regulator says the arm candy would have cost $5,535 when she purchased it while the 18-carat gold Cartier Panthère  she favored in 2001 would have set her back $13,554 at the time.

Similar models now retail for $23,100.

Harris also owns a Cartier Roadster – which would have cost $2,467 when she bought it in 2007, according to The Watch Regulator – but is now available on resale sites for an altogether more modest $1,800.

Along with watches, she is also a fan of the brand’s fine jewelry, among them an Amulette de Cartier necklace set with lapis lazuli and a single diamond that cost $2,010, seen on the then California senator in a 2019 social media video.

The rest of Harris’ jewelry collection is even more impressive and includes multiple pearl pieces by ritzy Los Angeles jeweler Irene Neuwirth.

The VP's 18-carat gold gumball pearl link necklace - which goes for $18,680 - appears to be one of her favorite pieces by designer Irene Neuwirth as she has been seen wearing it repeatedly since debuting it in 2019

Neuwirth, who founded her label in 2003, describes the collection ‘as aspirational yet approachable, with sophistication, femininity and charm.’

Along with Harris, fans of the high-end designer include Naomi Watts, Tracee Ellis Ross, Julianne Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sarah Paulson, Busy Philipps, and Ruth Negga.

One of the standouts in Harris’ collection is a now sold-out pearl and turquoise piece that she wore to debate Mike Pence in Utah during the 2020 presidential race.

Style website Kamala’s Closet says the stunning necklace cost an eye-watering $26,440.

Neuwirth is also behind Harris’ favorite necklace – an $18,680 gumball pearl link necklace in 18-carat gold that she has worn repeatedly since first showing it off in 2019.

Then there is a $15,380 rose gold and labradorite necklace that appeared on the Vice President for her 2021 Vogue cover along with a matching pair of $2,660 studs.

Her collection dates back to the early 2000s when she was seen wearing an 18-carat gold Cartier Panthère watch. The timepiece would have set her back $13,554 in 2001, and is estimated to cost over $23,000 now, according to one Swiss watch expert

Labradorite is a semi-precious stone that is associated with enhancing magic, mystique and psychic abilities.

Even more stunning is a pair of diamond and gobstopper pearl earrings custom-made for Harris to wear to the 2021 inaugural celebration. A similar pair costs $11,900.

Another custom piece by Irene Neuwirth seen on Harris is a gray Tahitian pearl and gold chain necklace.

Although the Vice President’s necklace is unavailable to buy, a chain set with a single Tahitian pearl costs $19,300.

Neuwirth isn’t the only jewelry brand beloved of Harris however.

One of the most striking pieces in her jewelry wardrobe is the $46,000 pearl and diamond ‘Eclipse’ necklace by Wilfredo Rosado – who previously worked at Armani.

Tiffany is another favorite with Harris resplendent in the $18,500 gold link necklace during her visit to the border last week.

She also wore the necklace to this year’s Juneteenth celebrations and also owns a matching pair of pearl drop earrings from the brand that are now sold out but cost a cool $12,000 to buy.

The Tiffany earrings became the subject of controversy last month when a social media conspiracy theorist accused Harris of wearing Bluetooth earphones disguised as pearl earrings to aide her during the presidential debate against Republican rival Donald Trump.

Critics baselessly alleged the gold pearl loops – which Harris has worn several times before – were actually a pair of smart audio earrings engineered by German start-up company NOVA.

The earrings however were part of Harris’s Tiffany collection and retail for over $2,000.

More modest are her jewels by Italian designer Marco Bicego, among them a relatively inexpensive pair of gold stud earrings that can be picked up in most big department stores and cost just $990.

Harris also owns a bold gold and mother-of-pearl necklace by the designer which is available from Saks 5thAvenue and costs $4,450.
