How to decorate for Christmas based on your star sign

Your choice of Christmas decor will be influenced by everything from the guests you’re epxecting to family tradition, but could the stars have something to do with it too? 

UK-based psychic and astrologer Inbaal Honigman, has teamed up with carpet and flooring retailers Tapi to reveal how each sign of the zodiac should decorate their home this Yuletide.

Party-loving Geminis are advised to lean into a ‘shiny, glitzy and joyful’ aesthetic for winter whereas the décor for practical Virgos is best when it’s ‘fuss-free, and easy to vacuum underneath’.

Elsewhere family-focused Cancers may want to focus on keeping their space ‘wipe-clean and unbreakable’.

Here Femail reveals how to nail the Christmas look that will resonate best with your star sign.  

ARIES 

Preferences: Value speed and efficiency – Aries can’t spend days buying, unwrapping, and placing decorations!

Décor: Pop-up tree, with decorations already attached. Red tinsel to reflect fire element and give it some statement glitz.

Colour scheme: Aries are the fieriest of all the fire signs, so red should be a staple colour. Consider pairing with black to make the red look more intense.

TAURUS
