An Australian family’s business is booming after a series of TikTok videos of their miracle homemade eczema cream sparked 3,000 orders in just two days.
Geoff and Shannon Graham from the Gold Coast, founded Graham’s Natural after concocting the C+ Eczema and Dermatitis Cream formula in their kitchen 20 years ago to relieve their eldest son Ryan’s severe eczema.
When they first started out they had to sell their two cars to pay for their first batch of products.
Now they run their booming business alongside Ryan, 24, and their daughter Kirra, 22.

As Geoff knows all too well how debilitating eczema can be, he wanted to get the word out to fellow sufferers

When Geoff was a baby he was in and out of hospital with one of the ‘worst cases of eczema doctors had seen’ and after years of suffering he was dreading potentially passing the hereditary condition down to his children.
‘When someone says just stop scratching, this is like saying ‘I will stop scratching if you stop breathing’ – this is how intense and difficult eczema is to live with every day,’ he told FEMAIL.
‘To our shock, maybe more from me as I knew I had passed on the eczema gene, when Ryan was about six months of age, he was showing signs of severe eczema and before we knew it, Ryan was covered from head to toe.’

Geoff, who had just come out of the construction industry and Shannon, then a flight attendant, didn’t have any medical qualifications but decided they wanted to treat Ryan’s eczema with a more natural approach.
‘This set us on a path to research everything we could about eczema,’ Geoff said.
‘We would make up samples every night in our home kitchen with myself being the guinea pig to trial and error their effectiveness.’

After countless experiments, the couple finally found three formulas they were happy with: the C+ cream, bath and body oil and the internal Mega Oil with Omega 3 made from plant based ingredients as many skin sufferers have an allergy to seafood.
With the three products, Ryan’s skin cleared up in three months and Geoff and Shannon went through the all the hoops to get them approved and ready to sell.
As Geoff knows all too well how debilitating eczema can be, he wanted to get the word out to fellow sufferers and had customers share their success stories and photos.
‘This is when our lives changed and the business took off, we had people all over Australia wanting the products we had developed for Ryan,’ Geoff said.

Graham’s Natural has grown substantially over the past 20 years and expanded to treat all sorts of skin conditions including dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea, and acne – they even have a line of products for pets with itchy skin.
A year ago, Kirra enlisted the help of her friend Bridget to help market Graham’s Natural and created a TikTok account, The Eczema Diaries, which Geoff said has been a ‘game changer’.

‘After several of these viral Tik Tok videos we sold out of the C+ Cream, we were selling a C+ Cream every minute for the first three days,’ Geoff said.
The family have since been in the warehouse packing orders thanks to their new found online fame, sending out orders for their skin healing products in Australia and all over the world.
