A mum-of-two has shared the recipe to her ‘magic cleaning solution’ that guarantees a dust-free home all year round.

Carolina McCauley, from Perth, has gained a following of more than 2.2 million on Instagram for sharing helpful cleaning and organisation videos.

In a new video she revealed three ways she uses vinegar and a spot cleaner to clean a range of areas around her home – including the floors and couch.

Carolina uses one part water, one part vinegar, a tablespoon of olive oil, and two tablespoons of dishwashing soap to create her ‘magic solution.’

The mum uses the solution on windowsills, tabletops, kitchen counters, and more.

Carolina slightly tweaks the formula in order to clean her floors.

Instead of regular floor cleaner, the mum mixes together 2 cups of water, ¼ cup of vinegar, and two tablespoons of dish soap.

She simply sprays the mixture onto the floor and uses her mop as usual.

‘Using this cleans the floors seamlessly without streaks,’ she revealed.
