How to make Ayeh Manfre’s three ingredient healthy Ferrero Rochers

A home chef has shared a quick and easy recipe for guilt-free Ferrero Rochers that only uses three ingredients. 

Ayeh Manfre, from Sydney, demonstrated how to make her ‘healthy Ferrero Rochers’ in a video posted to her popular TikTok page Cooking with Ayeh. 

For the simple and delicious recipe you only need hazelnuts Ayeh uses to make her own hazelnut butter as well as chocolate and Medjool dates.

‘Grab a Medjool date, cut down the middle, take out the seed, spread in some hazelnut butter,’ Ayeh said in the clip.

She then places them on a baking tray with parchment paper and sprinkles some crushed nuts over the top

Recipe: Ayeh Far’s healthy Ferrero Rochers 

Ingredients

20 Medjool dates

1/3 cup hazelnut butter 

 20 hazelnuts

100g dark chocolate 

Method

1. Melt the chocolate using either the double boiler method or microwave.

2. Using a knife or your fingers, carefully slice a date lengthways to open and remove the pit. Making sure not to cut all the way through the other side .

3. Add a teaspoon of nut butter inside the date and spread on both sides, followed by adding a nut in the middle.

4. Close the date and dip into the melted chocolate using your fingers or a fork. Make sure the are fully coated and allow the excess chocolate to drip off then place on a tray with parchment paper.

5. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts or flakey salt then freeze for 20-30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Ayeh gave the pan a stir to combine the ingredients together then dished her noodles up in a bowl served with crushed peanuts on top to enjoy. 

The amateur chef posted her recipe video to TikTok where it received more than 334,000 views and hundreds of comments from fellow foodies. 

How to make Ayeh’s creamy peanut noodles:

Ingredients: 

4tbsp Peanut butter

2tbsp Soy sauce

2tbsp Maple syrup

1tbsp Rice wine vinegar

Garlic, grated 

Ginger, grated

Sesame oil

Water 

Rice noodles

Tofu, crumbled 

Bok choy, chopped

Green cabbage, thinly sliced 

Crushed peanuts, to serve 

Method:
