The recipe, which is simple to follow, calls for brown sugar and flour to be added in stages
‘If you love white chocolate, you need to try these cookie dough bars,’ she wrote alongside the instructional video.
‘They’re super soft and gooey and packed with creamy white chocolate chunks,’ she said.
The video starts with the popular cook pressing into the cooked cookie dough with a fork – showing off it’s soft, gooey centre.
She continues by adding the butter, brown sugar and white sugar into a bowl and blending together with a handheld mixer.
She then adds two eggs and some vanilla essence to the mix before beating the mix again.
Once the ingredients have been mixed together she adds in the flour, salt and bi-carb soda.
The sugar and butter need to be creamed together first – the white chocolate pieces were the last things to be added to the mix
The cook then spooned the mix into a brownie tray and decorated with spare chocolate pieces
She stirs with a wooden spoon before adding her Milky Bar pieces and white chocolate chips.
She then spoons the mix into a brownie tin, pressing white chocolate pieces into the top before baking for 30 minutes.
And the cook’s fans were delighted by the tasty treat which was uploaded just in time for the Queensland lockdown with over 18k people liking and commenting on the post in under 12 hours.
The young cook said it is important to let the dough cool fully before slicing – and to refrigerate the treat for a ‘firmer cut’.
