In the video, Bec said she stumbled across the recipe on TikTok and knew she ‘had to try it’.

She started by reducing the mixed frozen berries in a pan then added the lemon juice and maple syrup before blending in a Nutribullet until smooth.

Next, she poured the mixture onto a lined baking tray and placed into a pre-heated oven.

‘The recipe said to bake this for four hours – I was a bit shocked with this but I did it anyway,’ Bec said.

Next, she poured the mixture onto a lined baking tray and placed into a pre-heated oven. Once the mixture had dried she ripped a piece off, rolled it up and ate it

'To be honest, it was a little bit crispy. I'd probably just buy a Roll-Up,' Bec said

Despite the simplicity of the recipe, Bec likely won’t make homemade roll-ups again – but the snack idea would be ideal for those wanting to make a healthy snack containing less artificial sugar.

‘To be honest, it was a little bit crispy. I’d probably just buy a Roll-Up,’ Bec said.

In the comments of the TikTok video, some disliked the idea of using the oven for hours just to cook snack food, but others seemed willing to try the recipe at least once
