This is the dramatic moment a police officer on a bomb training course can be seen casually walking away from a wall of flames after detonating two explosives. 

The Hollywood-style snaps were taken during a bomb-disarming course in Nanning, China. 

The two-week intensive programme in the south of the country sees recruits drilled on searching for and defusing explosive devices.

The pictures are reminiscent of the 2008 blockbuster Hurt Locker, which followed a US army bomb disposal unit in Iraq.
