Hugh dressed casually in a navy polo shirt and white shorts, which he accessorised with silver-rimmed aviator sunglasses and a statement watch.

Seated next to Hugh was wife Deborra-lee Furness, 62, who sported a crisp white blouse and trousers, and had a pair of designer sunglasses perched on top of her blonde locks.

The A-list couple were seated behind American Vogue’s Anna Wintour and Roger Federer’s mother Lynette Federer, who dutifully watched her tennis star son in action.

Lynette coordinated with Anna in a similar abstract dress and appeared pleased that Roger had defeated Yoshihito Nishioka to progress to the next round.

It’s unknown how long Hugh and Deborra-lee plan on staying in New York, after spending the past two months in Sydney, Australia.

However a representative for Hugh has since told Daily Mail Australia: ‘The Jackmans are not purchasing a property in the area.’
