Hugh Jackman outs Shane Warne for smoking in the shower

He is the Hollywood star who is currently enjoying the Ashes Boxing Day test.

And Hugh Jackman has outed cricket legend Shane Warne for his bad locker room habit, on Tuesday at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

The 49-year-old, who did a special guest commentator spot on Triple M with Gus Worland, recalled a segment he filmed for The Cricket Show back in 2013 where he batted against the spin king bowler.

Hugh explained: ‘So were getting changed, it was just Warnie and I and the shower goes on, and I’m like “Warnie, what are you doing, having a shower?”  

‘Anyway he starts chatting to me and I realised the shower was still on and I realised he was having a cigarette,’ Hugh laughed

‘I’m like, “Warnie, we’re not in high school mate, they’re not going to kick you out. It’s OK’. And he’s covering it up with the shower,’ he continued. 

The Greatest Showman star added: ‘I said, “Warnie, you can do whatever you want, mate.”

During that 2013 match up, Hugh was hit in the groin by the cricket ball dealt by Shane in the celebrity duel. 

In more recent Ashes results, England have already lost The Ashes when they succumbed to a 3-0 series loss before Christmas.  

Aside from commentating for Triple M, he also did a guest appearance for Channel Nine’s Wide World Of Sport with Michael Clarke, Mark Nicolas, Mark Taylor and Ian Healy.

Hugh recently stepped out in Sydney for the premiere of his latest flick The Greatest Showman with co-stars Zac Efron and Zendaya. 

In the movie musical he plays P. T. Barnum of the renowned Barnum & Bailey Circus.

The Greatest Showman has also received three Golden Globes nominations ahead of Award season in the US.
