Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke Hogan breaks her silence on why she did NOT attend her dad’s wedding to third wife Sky Daily who is 25 years his junior

Hulk Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, revealed why she chose to skip her father’s wedding to his third wife, Sky Daily, in Florida over the weekend. 

The blonde beauty, 35, took to her Instagram on Tuesday to let fans know that she wanted to avoid any ‘speculation’ about her absence despite valuing her ‘privacy’.

‘As we all experience this with our own families, the dynamics of a family unit continuously change over the years,’ she began the lengthy message. 

‘With that being said, my family has experienced a LOT of change. With all of it happening in the public eye, I’ve had to learn how to best navigate those changes as they come, which has been difficult to say the least.’

Brooke continued: ‘For my own journey to healing and happiness, I have chosen to create some distance between myself and my family, and am focusing on people and things that heal my heart and align with my own personal beliefs, goals, and values.’

The actress ended the heartfelt message on a positive note, writing ‘I wish him well,’ alongside a heart emoji.

Brooke was the first child welcomed by Hulk and his first wife Linda Hogan, who was married to the iconic WWE wrestler from 1983 to 2009. 

The former couple also share 33-year-old son, Nick, who attended his father’s weekend ceremony alongside his partner Tana Lea.

Hulk – real name Terry Gene Bollea – went on to marry Jennifer McDaniel in 2010, but filed for divorce in October 2021 shortly before he began a romance with Sky.

Brooke’s Instagram comes just a few days after Hulk had walked down the aisle with the 45-year-old yoga instructor in an intimate ceremony in the coastal town of Clearwater on Friday. 

‘Sky changed his life,’ a friend told DailyMail.com. ‘He is the happiest he’s ever been – literally over the moon. If a guy like Hulk could glow, then he’d be glowing.

‘It was a low key wedding. Neither of them wanted over the top, just a small affair with their nearest and dearest to declare their deep love and commitment to each other. Sadly Brooke did not show up.’

As fans know, Brooke has been a staunch supporter of her father in the past.

Even in the face of major criticism in 2015, when an audio transcript emerged revealing him using racial slurs to describe her then-boyfriend, Brooke continued to have Hulk’s back. 

‘What he said was not right, but I know that’s not who he is,” she said at the time to People. 

‘He has told me that he made some really bad choices, but that it never changed that I was his baby girl and he loved me and be would lost without his kids.’
