He has spent a whopping £400,000 on surgery over the years, earning himself the nickname ‘The Human Ken Doll’.

And Rodrigo Alves continued his string of cosmetic enhancements on Friday, as he underwent a painful eight-hour hair transplant in LA – marking his fifty-ninth procedure.

The TV personality, 34, was left with a painful, blood-soaked hairline after the gruelling £19,000 procedure – which he hopes will make him look more ‘feminine’ and therefore, younger.

Ready to go: The TV personality, 34, arrived at Beverly Hills Hair Restoration clinic in LA to embark on the gruelling procedure, worth £19,000

The TV personality appeared incredibly excited for his next cosmetic adventure, as he took his seat in the surgery with Dr John Kahen.

First outlining where the hair will be inserted, Rodrigo was then seen wincing in pain as he captured a selfie during the first stint of the follicle transplant itself.

Showing no signs of strain from the procedure however, the star later showed off his new fuller hairline to all – which looked painfully sore, as it was soaked with blood.

Rodrigo first underwent a hair transplant in 2015 and has now had another 3000 follicles inserted, after a minor top up last year.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline after the surgery, Rodrgio admitted his main aim is to ‘look younger’ – which he can achieve with more feminine features.

He said: ‘The aim for now is to make me look younger. I don’t think that I look like a masculine guy, and once my new hair grows I will be more delicate looking.’

He further explained that while his bleached hair had vastly improved his love life, his hairline had started to recede due to the dye – so he embarked on a ‘quick fix’.

He told MailOnline: ‘There is a saying which states that blondes have more fun. Since going blonde I have got lots of attention from guys and girls, but after bleaching my hair I started to lose it from my hair line.

‘I guess that it happens with most people when they bleach their hair but being myself, I always try to find a quick fix.’

Detailing the ins and outs of the painful procedure, he continued: ‘I flew to Los Angeles to have 3000 grafts of implants alongside a high dose of stem cells and PRP injections.’

While he affirmed he is not currently considering a sex change, Rodrigo admitted his new hair line will make him look more feminine.

He explained: ‘I asked Dr Kahen and his team to lower my hair line, as it will make me look younger.

‘Once the hair grows fully it will look like a female hairline, as that men of my age won’t ever have a teenage hairline anymore.

‘I have always done what makes me happy and I would never follow a beauty trend set my society. I am unique and I will remain this way for as long as I live.’

The Brazilian has shot to fame over the last few years, after spending a whopping £400,000 on almost sixty cosmetic procedures.

However, Rodrigo recently recently vowed never to go under the knife again, explaining: ‘The kind of changes I’ll be undergoing from now on won’t be plastic surgery as such, but rather procedures that focus on my bones and structure.’

Proving he isn’t finished altering his appearance just yet, Rodrigo has revealed his plans to have six ribs removed.

He explained that he is headed to Los Angeles in the coming weeks to work on more TV shows and hair implants, but is set to look into having his ribs removed too.

He continued to MailOnline: ‘I also had a consultation to remove 6 of my ribs, which shall be happening soon. I love to express myself with tailored outfits and I would like to have more of a classic figure.’

Admitting he had put on weight recently, Rodrigo went on to explain that the procedure was one of many lengths he is taking to slim down.

He added: ‘I’ve had thirteen liposuctions to reform my body including a fake six pack, but due to my lifestyle of travelling and partying too much, I have gained two stone.

‘I am now detoxing on a liquid diet of charcoal juices. My body can’t handle lipo anymore, so I need to starve myself.’
