Hunter Biden’s lawyers have hit back at a private investigator who claims he has access to the former vice president’s son’s bank records showing he was involved in a $150 million ‘counterfeiting scheme’ in Ukraine.
Dominic Casey filed papers to Independence County on Friday, claiming he had provided Lunden Roberts, who is suing Biden in an ongoing paternity case, with ‘electronic access’ to Biden’s bank account records.
In a motion to strike, Biden’s legal team unconditionally denied the unverified claims by Casey, who worked on Casey Anthony’s murder case when she was accused of killing her three-year-old daughter Caylee in Orlando, Florida, in 2008.
Lawyers acting for Biden called the attempts by the Florida-based D&A Investigations, headed by Casey, as another bogus ‘scheme by a non-party simply to make scandalous allegations in the pending suit to gain media attention without any material or pertinent material’.
Biden, 49, was hit with the paternity case in Arkansas from Roberts, 28, who worked as a stripper in Washington DC, in May.

Now Casey, 66, who is known for pursuing right-wing conspiracy theories, claimed Biden was involved in a ‘counterfeiting scheme’ in Ukraine that accumulated a $150 million fortune.
He claimed in his latest filing Biden’s bank records are ‘subject of known felonies including fraud and counterfeiting’.
Casey was seeking to be added as a party to the case, claiming the accounts could support Roberts’ accusations and prove Biden was involved in illegal activity.
During the Casey Anthony trial, Dominic Casey who is based near Orlando, Florida, claimed a psychic told him where to find Caylee’s body.
Judge Don McSpadden tossed out Casey’s original motion made on Monday six hours after it was filed.
Investor Joel Caplan has also requested he is added as a third party in Roberts’ suit against Biden, claiming the bank records could show where billions of dollars that have gone missing in China.
Biden did not seem bothered by the most recent claims against him, and was seen shopping with his pregnant wife Melissa Cohen, 32 on Thursday.
Cohen was seen two days before the outing in exclusive DailyMail.com photos, grabbing mail from the couple’s LA home while Biden waited inside his luxury sports car.

In Casey’s Friday motion, he gives his consent for Roberts’ legal team to use Biden’s bank account records in their court case, claiming that he has them.
He also claims he provided the court with evidence of Biden’s ‘active concealment of bank account records’ on December 23, referring to a United States Postal Service tracking code that would presumably trace the documents he sent.
However, the tracking code Casey provided does not exist.
Casey claims Biden’s records ‘provide the source and destination bank account numbers of: Bursima Holdings Limited, PrivatBank, Bank of China’ and Biden’s business partners.’
They also allegedly ‘verify the counterfeiting scheme accumulated $156,073,944.24 with an Average Account Value (monthly balance) of $6,785,823.66,’ Casey wrote, without disclosing how he reached those figures.
Casey – who called himself an ‘Intervener’ in the case – claims John Kerry’s stepson Christopher Heinz was in on the counterfeiting scheme, as well as Devon Archer.
Archer also has links with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, which has been at the center of Biden’s entanglement in President Trump’s impeachment.
Under Arkansas law, anyone claiming an interest in a court case can intervene. The court then has to decide if the intervener’s interest is valid.

Casey told DailyMail.com last week that he could not comment on the case.
‘Due to the nature of the three year, and ongoing investigation, privilege applies, sources and methods are protected,’ he wrote in an email.
Casey’s allegations surround a federal trial in New York last year in which Archer and two other men were found guilty of security fraud by issuing bonds for a Native American tribe. Archer’s conviction was overturned on appeal.
Casey said during the five-and-a-half-week trial the defendants ‘provided evidence showing…Hunter Biden’s association and he did drum up business for the scheme.’
He claimed Biden, Heinz and Archer formed a company, Rosemont, Seneca, Bohai, to ‘conceal their family members ownership.’

Biden seemed unperturbed by Roberts’ scathing claims that he’s a deadbeat father who couldn’t pick out their child out of a line-up.
Roberts is seeking full custody of their child, whose gender is being kept secret, as well as child support and her $11k legal bill.
During the shopping trip, Biden seemed equally unbothered by Casey’s claims that he’s been involved in illegal businesses in the Ukraine – claims he denies.
Biden has tried to stay low amid growing criticism from Republicans including the president of his alleged Ukraine ties.
Biden’s lawyer Brent Langdon called Casey’s attempt to get involved ‘a scheme by a non-party simply to make scandalous allegations in the pending suit to gain some quick media attention,’ and asked for it to be stricken from the record. He asked Judge McSpadden to award Biden costs against Casey.
