This month Matt Moulding, who founded Hut in 2004, called on the Chancellor to reform stock market rules to allow his £6.3billion firm on to the FTSE100.

The tycoon’s ‘golden share’ prevents the company joining the FTSE100.
If that changes, its share price would rise even more.
The Hut told the Sunday Times that it did not endorse any party.
It said it last donated to the Tories in 2018 and in 2020 gave millions to the Labour council in Manchester.
