  • Hyoumankind ‘Go Pillow’ dubbed a ‘life changing’ product
  • Customers say it’s improve their posture and sleep quality
  • The clever design makes it the perfect travel pillow

Office workers, flight attendants and specialists are using a ‘life changing’ pillow to improve posture during the day and sleep quality at night.

The Hyoumankind ‘Go Pillow’ launched in November 2021 and is making waves online and in homes.

It took founder Steph Wyborn, from New Zealand, 16 versions to create the perfect product made from lightweight advanced memory foam, with the idea starting from her kitchen bench.

Unlike regular pillows, the Go Pillow features a unique curved design ideal for back or side sleepers, and can be used when flying, working in the office, meditating, resting, driving or doing yoga.

Ms Wyborn told FEMAIL the pillows are used by athletes, plastic surgeons, and on-the-go travellers alike.

Teri O’Toole from the Federal Secretary of the Flight Attendants’ Association of Australia said it’s positively impacted her health and overall wellbeing.

‘I have always struggled to find a pillow that provided both support and comfort and is not too soft or too hard. This has never been easy however your product is IT,’ Ms O’Toole told FEMAIL.

‘I was sceptical that a pillow could have such a positive impact on my health but they were right. I am sleeping longer and better than before and the fact that it is small and has a carry bag for travel just adds to the benefits.’

Sleep is vital as cabin crew are always moving between hotels, home and aircraft for work, so it makes sense for staff to have their own travel pillow.

‘A good sleep is essential to health and overall wellbeing and I feel that the Go Pillow is an investment towards making each and every sleep opportunity better. This would be great for airlines to provide as part of the uniform,’ Ms O’Toole said.

Dr John Ferguson FRACS, an orthopaedic spinal surgeon, also described the pillow as a ‘premium product that promotes neck health’.

‘Personally, my family benefits sleeping on Hyoumankind pillows, professionally it’s another wise tool to help reduce pain and increase recovery,’ Dr Ferguson told FEMAIL.
