Hypocrite Angel Reese blasted over ‘gross’ sexual behavior

Angel Reese has been branded a ‘hypocrite’ by fans on social media after a video of the WNBA star twerking went viral this week.

Footage circulating online shows Reese, who is currently in her second season with the Chicago Sky, performing the racy act alongside rapper ‘Sexyy Red’ after filming the latest episode of her ‘Unapologetically Angel’ podcast.

At one stage Sexyy Red even slaps Reese on the backside as the pair both take turns twerking in front of the camera.

And fans were quick to call out the women’s basketball player over the video, with some referencing comments she made in 2024 about being ‘sexualized’ in the sport. 

‘Gross. Get some class, ladies,’ one wrote on X.

Another commented: ‘Meanwhile Angel Reese “I hate when men sexualize me”’.

A third put: ‘Didn’t she say not to sexualize her? Well well well…’

‘Zero class,’ said a fourth.

Another posted: ‘She has obviously never heard or understood the word “hypocrite”. But she really should look it up.’

While one said sarcastically: ‘Wait don’t sexualize her guys! She wants to be respected.’

At the end of her college career in early 2024, Reese claimed she was being sexualized in women’s basketball when discussing some of the online abuse she has been subjected to.  

‘I’ve been through so much,’ she told reporters while wiping away the tears after LSU’s defeat to Iowa in March of that year. 

‘I’ve seen so much. I’ve been attacked so many times, death threats. I’ve been sexualized. I’ve been threatened. I’ve been so many things, and I’ve stood strong every single time.’
