An Instagram model has revealed how she uses orgasms to ‘manifest’ her life goals and claims she can reach climax simply by using her mind – and it’s the ‘best sex she’s ever had’.

Yaëla Vonk took up the spiritual practice after visiting a retreat in Costa Rica, where 39-year-old learned how to use the power of her mind while on the brink of orgasm to change her reality for the better.

The influencer, who has studied the Kama Sutra – the ancient Indian book on all things sex – has previously been dubbed ‘Instagram’s bendiest woman’, claiming she can curve her frame into a ‘pretzel’.

Now, she wants to tell other women how they can improve their sex life and get everything else they want in life by channelling their ‘energy’ and having really great orgasms.

Yaëla’s advice comes as figures have shown that women in the UK climax four times less often than men.

‘Your energy comes from the chakras (energy centres) which are situated in the body and it travels all the way up.

‘When you reach orgasm, you can manifest anything – even winning the lottery.

‘When you orgasm, you have to think about what you really want and wish for this.

‘I came back from Costa Rica so happy with everything in my life but I knew that I could manifest anything that I wanted, so I tried it out.

‘I am manifesting money, new hobbies and a new career, and it all happened.

‘I wanted a new boyfriend who was consciously-aware and a really sweet guy.

‘A week later, I found him.’

Although the model loves to show off her body, she claims she no longer needs to be physically touched to be blown away in the bedroom.

The Instagram personality said she learned the technique at a retreat in Costa Rica and has used it regularly since   

Yaëla said she used her climaxes to manifest new job opportunities for herself, and claims people could use it to win the lottery 

She said: ‘I learned tantra yoga, a technique which focuses on breath-work and it has taught me to reach orgasm without hands.

‘You can do it with a partner or alone during sex and it makes your orgasms stronger.

‘It opened a new world for me – I feel healthier and I have a better sex life.

‘I share it with my boyfriend and we can even have sex without moving – just penetration and breathing.

The influencer says that her new sexual practice has taught her more about the meaning of intimacy.

Although she believes anybody is capable of achieving a hands-free orgasm, she stresses that people should be careful about who they chose to invite into the bedroom.

Yaëla believes that anyone is capable for achieving a hands-free orgasm and wants to help more people do so 

She added: ‘I am now really aware that you have to be careful who you’re sharing your intimacy with and bring into bed with you.

‘They could have negative energy in their aura and give you the dark part of that energy, making you feel bad afterwards.

‘I chose to share my energy with my partner who I trust completely and it’s the best sex of my life.’
