I had the worst night ever at Taylor Swift’s concert after getting PUKED on

A Taylor Swift super fan has detailed her ‘devastating’ experience at the singer’s concert that saw her covered in a stranger’s puke – with even security refusing to help her.

Maria Santora, 28, from North Carolina, took to TikTok to detail her experience at The Era’s Tour, which she branded the ‘worst’ with the night ending with her in tears.

In a viral video, which has amassed over 821,000 views, the ABC Sports broadcaster, revealed she paid nearly $500 to see the superstar live, but was left extremely disappointed.

Maria – who drove from North Carolina to Boston to see the singer perform – claimed she was sitting in the floor section at the Gillette Stadium in Boston when a fan next to her vomited on her, leaving her covered from head-to-toe in puke.

‘I had one of the worst experiences at The Era’s Tour night one at Gillette Stadium, I had the night to sleep on it but I’m still really devastated this morning,’ she said at the beginning of the clip.

Maria went on to explain that she ‘worked incredibly hard’ to secure tickets to the show, adding that she spent ‘$450’ on floor tickets.

She continued: ‘I went by myself, I wasn’t able to secure a second ticket to take my sister, or my friends so I was in there by myself.’

Towards the end of the concert, one of the fans next to her began throwing up, and since there wasn’t much room, Maria soon found herself with the woman’s puke all over her clothing.

‘Unfortunately for her and for me, she didn’t really have anywhere to go when she started getting sick so she got sick on me.

‘I had puke on my face, in my hair, all over my clothes. So I go up to several security guards, and am like, “Can someone please help me? Can someone get me towels?”

‘I had puke all over me, and security was not helpful. They wouldn’t give me a towel,’ she explained.

Maria went on to say that she couldn’t get towels from the bathroom because they only had hand dryers and none of the food vendors had any napkins.

Maria alleged that because she had left her seat, security even went as far as to yell at her, despite the fact that she had been pleading with them to help her

She claimed that when she approached security again, they were still unhelpful.

‘I ran to the back of the floor to try to get napkins from the food area, but there were no napkins left so I’m standing there crying and begging for security to find me some sort of towel so I can just clean up,’ she added.

‘He starts screaming at me, he’s like, “You can’t be here, you are not allowed in between the pink lines of the tape.”

‘And I’m crying and I’m like, “I can’t go back to my seat, there’s throw up on my seat.”

‘And he’s like, “Well then go clean it, you are not allowed in between the pink lines of the tape,”‘ Maria explained.

The Taylor fan went on to note that while she would have loved to clean herself up, she had no clue where to find paper towels.

In her search for napkins, Maria missed an entire album’s worth of songs.

She said: ‘To miss an entire Era, approximately six to seven songs, is devastating.’

Maria explained that while she didn’t blame the fan who fell sick, or Taylor herself, she did blame security for refusing to help her.

And while Maria said she didn't want to sound like a 'brat', especially because she went to the concert in Philadelphia the week prior, the instance ruined her night

‘I am upset that when I needed help, nobody knew how to help me, people were just kind of staring at me.

‘And in the process, I miss a chunk of the show,’ she added.

Maria called the ‘icing on the cake’ getting throw up all over her brand new Taylor sweatshirt, and although she says she was promised she could get a new one, she claims she was lied to.

‘I got puke on my new sweatshirt, I was told to go to merchandise at the end of the show to swap it out.

‘I went to merchandise at the end of the show, and they said, “We are not taking your sweatshirt, we can’t give you a new one because we can’t sell yours and make a profit off of it anymore,”‘ she claimed.

She added that the only way she got clean was because the couple next to her used their own clothes to help wipe her down.

‘I just hate that security screamed at me rather than helped me,’ she claimed.

And Maria isn’t the only fan who has faced issues with the singer’s security guards.

At the Lincoln Financial Field stadium in Philadelphia, Taylor reportedly broke away from the song she was singing to yell at a security guard who had been pestering fans all night.

The singer stopped mid-song to shout at the security guard and said:  Hey, stop!’  She wasn’t doing anything!’

DailyMail.com revealed that the woman Taylor was attempting to save was Kelly Inglis Kelly, who said she was just trying to dance and take photos when she was yelled at by the security guard.

She was then offered free tickets to a different concert.

In the comments section, other Taylor Swift fans tried to consul her by tagging the singer in hopes of making things right.
