I starred on Married At First Sight –  here’s why this season is looser than ever… and the crucial mistake one groom made during Confessions Week

Although MAFS season 11 started a week ago, the games really have just begun with the first dinner party now wrapped; and it did not disappoint.

From walkouts to grooms sweating bullets (I’m looking at you Jack Dunkley) we had it all.

I for one live for the MAFS dinner parties. Not only are they a highlight of my week, but I feel as though they are the only real inside look we get to all of the participants and their ‘relationships’.

I’m loving getting to see participants stand up and bring the drama to the table; literally.

Shout out to Jayden Eynaud and Lauren Dunn for not shying away from the drama, you’re giving us the TV we need.

Speaking of Jayden; confessions week really took a turn for the worst with his insane confession about sleeping with another woman… in front of his ex.

Yes, we know that the world of cuckolding is out there, but seeing and hearing about it on the number one rated prime time TV show was intense.

Not to mention how it would have felt for Eden Harper to listen to that.

As someone who has participated in the experiment, I can honestly say that some confessions should never be told, and this week was a prime example of knowing when to leave something dead and buried.

‘Dropkick of the Week’ still goes to Jack.

Not only are his shirts way too tight, but the lies are seeping out of his pores in the form of sweat. Strap in everyone, this is going to be a bumpy ride.
