Identical twin sisters dating identical twin brothers all LIVE together and share 75% of their dates

A pair of identical twin sisters who began dating identical twin brothers during the pandemic all moved in together after just three months — but though they go on most of their dates as a foursome, the men insist there won’t be a double wedding.

Venessa and Kerissa D’Arpino, 25, from Medford, Oregon met brothers Lucas and Jacob Sealby, 29, in June of 2020, and older twins Kerissa and Jacob and younger twins Venssa and Lucas immediately hit it off.

Within three months, the mirror-image couples got a place together, and things are serious enough that they see wedding bells in the future — though Lucas insisted to KVAL that their proposals and nuptials, at least, will be seperate affairs.

The two couples, who share their lives on Instagram, call it ‘divine intervention’ that had them meet last year.

Neither set of twins was living in Medford before the pandemic, but the brothers each accepted new jobs there and the sisters moved home to their parents.

That’s when one of Venessa’s clients set them up, and upon their first double date, they spent hours together talking.

They had a lot in common: The D’Arpino were sprinters at the University of Oregon and now both work as personal trainers, while the Sealby were both sprinters at Washington State and now both work in sports medicine.

‘I can believe in coincidences, but I don’t know if I can believe in that many happening in a row,’ Jacob said. ‘There’s just too much that happened in sequence at the exact right time for me to think that.’

Two days after they all met, the two couples made it official, and by three months in they were renting an apartment as a foursome.

‘We’re not letting go of this,’ said Vanessa, while her sister Kerissa confirmed that yes, they do ‘move fast.’

Now a year into their relationships, the two couples love to spend time together as a group, and estimate that 75 per cent of their dates are double dates.

‘When we’re all four together, people don’t ask. They just kind of stare at us,’ Venessa said. ‘And we’re like, “Yes we’re twins.” They’re like, “Oh ok, I thought so. That’s just so random and out of the odds I didn’t want to ask.”‘

They do get alone time, though, Lucas insists.

‘We’re not always a quad. We need a little bit of time away from each other,’ he said.

He also added that when he and his brother eventually propose, it won’t be at the same time — and they won’t have a double wedding, either.

‘That’s when it is getting a little bit weird, so we’ll stay away from that,’ he said.

The two sets of twins previously told Caters how surprising it was that they’d found each other.

‘We never imagined we would fall in love with another set of twins,’ said Venessa.

‘It was really exciting when we all got together on our very first date,’ Kerissa added. ‘They say when you know, you know. We had feelings straight away and fell in love very quickly. The more we all talked, the more we connected and it just felt meant to be.’

Venessa also said that despite what people think, there is no concern of mistaken identities.

‘Of course, we know what we all look like, so we don’t get each other confused,’ she said.

‘We are all best friends and get along so well. Now that we live together, we are even closer than ever,’ she added. ‘We love each other’s company and are always having fun.’

Kerissa admitted that people do seem to wish they’d have a double wedding oen day, but it’s ‘not something we really want at this time.’

‘After all, two parties are better than one so we will see!’ she said.
