‘The current owners have had it for around 18 months and have restored it brilliantly inside and out.

‘Initially the plan was to use it as a holiday home but they haven’t been down as much as they’d planned and thought it made more sense to sell.

‘We’ve had a few viewings already and would expect a lot more interest after Christmas.’
