Joseph Baena proved he’s got his father’s bodybuilding genes during a hilarious cooking video he shared to his Instagram on Friday.
The 26-year-old buff son of Arnold Schwarzenegger – who recently re-created his pop’s famous muscleman poses – showed off his physique after a friend ripped off the back of his tank top.
While filming a fun instructional video on how to make a ‘high protein chicken wrap,’ Joseph’s buddy chops up produce and exclaims, ‘Let it rip,’ as Joseph replies, ‘My shirt?’
After the gym-honed duo discover they need a ‘napkin’, the fitness buff gets his wish as his tank top is then ripped from his back.
Promptly wiping his mouth with the shredded tee, Joseph remarks, ‘Thanks, dude’.

It also follows the young star giving a big shout-out to Arnold for the release of the iconic actor’s new self-help book/memoir last week.
He took to his Instagram Stories to share a photo of Be Useful: Seven Tools For Life, which features a pic of the author, Arnold, on the cover.
Holding the tome in his hands, Joseph captioned the post, ‘Congratulations on the amazing book!!! @Schwarzenegger’.
Joseph’s praise for his dad’s new book comes just a few days after the aspiring bodybuilder stripped down to a speedo to celebrate his 26th birthday.
The birthday posts proved Joseph is a chip off the old block, as he clearly resembles his Mr. Universe-winning father.
In 2011, the public learned that Arnold had fathered Joseph with his family’s housekeeper, Mildred Baena.
Mildred gave birth to her son Joseph on October 2, 1997, after an affair with Arnold that started in 1996.

Arnold was married to Maria Shriver at the time. They welcomed four kids — daughters Katherine, 33, and Christina, 31, and sons Patrick, 30, and Christopher, 26 — before splitting in 2021.
The actor didn’t connect the dots until Joseph grew older and started looking more like him.
While Mildred raised Joseph by herself, she sometimes brought him to the Schwarzenegger’s home where she worked for 20 years before retiring in 2010.
Later, Arnold called his infidelity in his marriage to Maria a ‘major failure,’ but said Joseph was the silver lining of the difficult situation.
