I’m A Celebrity: Rebekah Vardy calls rival camp ‘w***ers’

The Snake Rock campers were left devastated after losing out on the delicious cake prize in a tense I’m A Celebrity challenge on Thursday night.

And Rebekah Vardy was still seething over the defeat a day later, as she branded the rival Croc Creek team ‘w***ers’ for trumping them in the tense face-off.

The ‘fuming’ 35-year-old WAG ranted that she was ‘p***ed off’ with Croc Creek – unaware that they have actually sacrificed their cake to win a care package for Snake Rock.

Livid: Rebekah Vardy was seething over her challenge defeat to Croc Creek camp on Thursday as she branded them ‘w***ers’ for trumping them in the tense face-off

Discussing the defeat, she told the camp: ‘I find it hard to cover up the fact that I’m p***ed off.

‘I wouldn’t go into a rant about it but I think you can just look at my face and you can see that I’m fuming.’

Vanessa White was more sympathetic. ‘I do feel like the other camp will be feeling really sorry for us and feeling bad about that’ she said.

Rebekah looked sceptical, asking:  ‘do you reckon? They didn’t refuse a cake did they.’

Kez commented: ‘It was a cake. At the end of the day it was just a cake. It would have just raised everybody’s sugar levels then they’d have crashed back down and they’d have been miserable for a couple of hours so I don’t think it’s a massive strategic loss by the camp.’

But Rebekah seemed unwilling to relinquish her grudge, and when Prime Minister Iain Lee from Croc Creek spoke to their camp, she showed her fury.

As Iain called chirpily over the tannoy ‘Hi campers!’ she muttered darkly: ‘W***ers.’

Shocked by her outburst, her Snake Rock campmates erupted into baffled laughter.

Rebekah and the rest of Snake Rock, whose cake was left crawling in critters after they lost the challenge, are unaware that things will look up for them.

The Croc Creek celebrities decided to sacrifice their winning cake to win a care package for Snake Rock.

Elsewhere in the show Iain and his Deputy Shappi chose Vanessa to face Amir in the Fright House.

Ant told Vanessa she’d be competing with someone from Croc Creek and asked her if there was anyone she didn’t want to face.

Ant and Dec introduced the Croc Creek campmate who would be competing against Vanessa, in walked Amir, Vanessa laughed.

Amir joked with a hungry Vanessa about the cake Croc Creek campmates had eaten last night, she jokingly was not impressed.

‘This is the Fright House, inside are a number of rooms and in each room you’ll find two locked doors, one has a green frame and one has a blue frame’ explained Dec.

Ant continued ‘Beside each door are instructions on how to unlock the doors and move to the next room. The first celebrity to go through all the rooms and escape from the Fright House and ring the bell is the winner and will feed their camp tonight.’

Amir would be going through the green doors and Vanessa through the blue.

The BTT started and both Amir and Vanessa entered the Fright House and the first room which was full of fish guts, flies and maggots.

They had to find two fish eye balls and hold them up to the retina screen which then opened the door to the second room. Amir struggled and kept sliding in the fish guts but Vanessa managed to find two eyes and open the door to the second room.

In the second room, Vanessa was greeted by pigeons, cockroaches and mealworms, she had to look for a blue button, unlock the casing around it, press it and enter the third room.

Amir finally found two eyes and joined Vanessa in the second room and then quickly found his green button and entered the third room as Vanessa still struggled.

Amir got a shock in the third room as he was greeted by a large camel called ‘Donald Hump’ – he had to find two green key cards hidden within the camel’s coat jacket and put them in the slot to open the fourth and final room.

Meanwhile Vanessa finally pressed her blue button and entered the same room as Amir and started to look for her blue key cards.

Amir found his green keys and went to enter the final room but screamed as he found it was full of spiders, Ant and Dec laughed as they explained he had to find 3 keys to unlock three padlocks.

Amir couldn’t enter the room ‘I don’t do spiders’ he said and then jumped when the camel sniffed him.

Amir finally entered the room and started to get the keys, Vanessa also entered the room and was catching up with him. Vanessa was shocked at all the spiders and said ‘Oh my god, they’re everywhere.’

Amir managed to get all keys, unlock the three padlocks and leave the Fright House to ring the bell which meant he was the winner (and unbeknownst to Vanessa had won another two care packages for Snake Rock)

Meanwhile, Croc Creek celebrated Amir’s victory when they had a meal of buffalo ribs.

‘No never had buffalo before’ said Jennie ‘so it was an experience.’

The Croc Creek celebrities talked about the others in Snake Rock. ‘We’ll have them back in a day or two. They’re going to f**king hate you’ laughed Dennis to Iain. ‘When we talk to them, they’ll be fine. They’re a nice bunch. They’re lovely.’

Iain wasn’t so sure. ‘Oh god, Snake Rock will hate me. Even when the reveal is done and we say hey guys it was all fun and we were all doing it for you, I suspect that they’re all going to hold grudges against me.’

Iain later lay in bed and asked himself ‘what does it feel like to be the most hated man on I’m A Celebrity? S**t.’

Stanley said: ‘The buffalo ribs were absolutely splendid. I think we are very very conscious that we are eating and they are not. We are also conscious that we’ve actually earned for them by winning the fact that they’re going to get some care parcels. To some extent our sadness for them on the nutritional front is modified by the fact that yes they’ve got some good coming from this anyway in the care parcels.’

The mood was low in Snake Rock as Kez’s supporters were hungry on their diet of rice and beans. Ever the optimist, Toff tried to rally everyone and lighten the mood.

‘Maybe we could look at this as one of those really expensive detoxes. People pay loads of money to do this. They send you away to starve and waste away. We just need to start doing some meditation’ she continued.

She explained ‘I do always try to find the positive side of a situation. If you’re jolly about something it can’t be that bad.’

The campmates reminisced about the other camp with Vanessa saying that she missed Dennis and Toff saying that she missed Stanley. ‘There’s no two ways about it, they’ll be missing us’ said Jamie. Becky was more pessimistic. ‘I don’t know about that. Not right now. I don’t even think it would cross their minds’ she said. ‘They probably talk about us all the time. After they’ve eaten a big fat meal’ insisted Jamie.

Becky started to talk about Iain. ‘I can’t wait to tell Iain. I think he’s a bit of a b***end.’ ‘He’s got a game plan that’s clear’ she added later.

Jamie agreed: ‘You can’t come in and tell everyone they look like shit and not expect it back.’

Rebekah said: ‘I mean he might be really nice and I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover but it’s really hard when you’ve got someone that walks in and says that about you all straight away.’

‘But he just seemed to have a very egotistical personality,’ she continued.
