I’m A Celebrity viewers spot campmate’s ‘secret tactic’ amid growing tensions Down Under

I’m A Celebrity viewers have noted a campmate’s ‘secret tactic’.

As rows have erupted Down Under, including fights between Nella Rose and Nigel Farage, fans of the show spotted a glaring sign for one of the stars.

Food critic Grace Dent appears to be removing herself from fraught situations, in an apparent bid to stay out of the growing drama in camp.

Taking to Twitter, viewers pointed out: ‘Grace does a runner. Nella likes talking to people she doesn’t understand…. So she likes talking?… Every time it’s gets a bit awkward in camp grace does a runner’.

Sharing a GIF of the grandfather from The Simpsons entering a room and walking away, one Twitter user likened Grace to the character, writing: ‘Grace Dent whenever someone talks to Farage about his politics #ImACeleb’.

It comes after it was revealed that before entering the jungle, controversial contestant Nella  revealed her game plan – to not fall out with any of her co-stars.

The internet sensation appears to have done a dramatic U-turn in week one as she has now been at loggerheads with Fred Sirieix and Nigel Farage.

Before entering the Jungle, the TikTok sensation, 26, told MailOnline: ‘I’m looking to really bond with my campmates. To disagree with someone and then live with them for the next couple of weeks, I mean, what’s the point?…

‘I’m just going to stay away from people I don’t mesh with that well and avoid making camp life unbearable.’

But the star has done the opposite and her confrontational attitude has enraged viewers who have flooded to Twitter and branded behaviour, ‘vile and entitled’.

On Tuesday an incident now known as ‘Dadgate’ began when Fred Sirieix ‘disrespected’ Nella by saying he needed glasses because he was old enough to be her father.

The YouTuber took offence because her father had died four years ago and so refused to speak or look at the First Dates host, 51, or eat the food he cooked in camp.

She accepted his apology but said they were ‘not friends’.

Speaking to the Mail, she said: ‘I think it’s going to be rather entertaining if people don’t get along.

‘When there are people who are disagreeing I literally grab my popcorn, I sit down and I watch it all unfold. It’s so bad. But if people don’t get along with me, I will just start to ignore them.’

True to her word, Nella remained frosty towards the Maitre’d in Wednesday night’s episode but did fold and eat the meal he prepared for the camp.

Nigel was next to have a disagreement with Nella after she said to him ‘black people don’t like you’.

She said the former UKIP leader was ‘anti-immigrant’ and ‘wants them all gone’ before interrupting his answer with ‘And I’m one of them.’
