The former footballer brushed off the claims before enjoying a family outing with his other half, showing off his noticeably slimmer frame in a T-shirt after it was reported campmates lost six stone in weight collectively just 13 days into their jungle stint.

Since he was the sixth person to leave the jungle, the former footballer has been forced to confront claims he was bullying fellow campmate Iain.
Tense scenes aired when the former central midfielder was at loggerheads with the radio presenter when they both put themselves forward for the Bushtucker Trial.
Dennis told Iain: ‘The problem is you’ve gone a couple of times and you’ve come back with nothing so that causes me a slight issue.’

As a consequence of his brazen confrontation, the comedian backed down but he was quick to ask whether he would be able to get involved in the future trials.

‘Unfortunately in life you get goodies and the baddies, and I am a baddie. My relationship with Iain is fine,’ he explained to The Mirror.

‘I am not a person who likes bullying. I am a person who says what I think and I am working from a competitive angle.
‘Iain knows the situation and Iain is comfortable with it. Iain has spent time on his own when he needed to. You don’t hear everything or see everything.’
