I’m a massage therapist – this simple exercise will fix your back pain

Back pain may seem like an unavoidable part of working in an office or getting older.

However, a massage therapist in Kentucky has shared a simple trick for avoiding a pain that affects more than 130 million Americans.

James Moore posted a video on Instagram this week where he stands with his back facing a wall.

He places one foot on the wall behind him, then places both hands in front of him.

He bends down slightly until his backside is just about to hit the wall.

Mr Moore, who has 2.9 million followers, advises in the post to do the exercise 10 times for three sets.
